Frequently asked questions

  • All the presentations and community events will be held in English.
  • The Festival will take place in the Rigas Cirks at Merķeļa iela 4, Rīga, Latvia. The venue is located at the very centre of our capital – distances to the best food and coffee spots, as well as landmarks, are all walkable. Locations of the community events will be published together with the detailed schedule in February.
  • The ticket covers all things Promise Photography Festival: entrance to the conference on April 8-9, community events on April 7-8 and the closing party on April 9.
  • You do you – but we would love to see you on the evening of April 7 when the Festival will be kicked off by a community event. Another community event will be held in the evening of April 8 as well. On April 9, we'll wrap the Festival up with a closing party.
  • Early bird – till 20 November 2024 – 275 EUR (incl. VAT)
    Regular bird – 21 November 2024 – 31January 2025 – 375 EUR (incl. VAT)
    Late bird – 1 February 2025 – 8 April 2025 – 475 EUR (incl. VAT)
  • All tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot make it to the event, feel free to transfer your ticket to anyone else. If you plan on doing that, please contact us at info@promisefestival.eu and we will make sure to change the name on your ticket.
  • Getting to Riga, accommodation and other personal expenses including meals, coffee, drinks. 
  • Of course! Make sure to fill in all the necessary fields as you purchase the ticket and a receipt will be sent to you automatically.
  • Yes! Keep an eye on our website, as we'll list our favourite hotels as well as the best coffee and lunch spots in November.
  • During the registration on April 7 and April 8, show us any kind of ID and you'll receive your badge. Please wear or present your badge every time as you enter the venue. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the persons using the badge. Any person found using another person's badge will be asked to register correctly or leave the premises.
  • Yes! The Promise Photography Festival is all about networking and is designed to nurture the Baltic wedding photography community not only through knowledge-intensive lectures but also via incredible community events.
  • In February you will receive a link to the Promise Photography Festival private Facebook group. Feel free to check out other attendees and muster up the courage to spark a conversation!
